Dr. Yvonne Bui, Program Coordinator

Dr. Bui serves as the faculty advisor for the O&M Program and teaches special education courses inthe Department. She has extensive administrative and leadership experiences at SFSU and in the field.
Ms. Nataly Castellano, Lecturer
Ms. Castellano serves as an O&M internship supervisor She works as a certified O&M Specialist in the San Francisco Unified School District. Ms. Castellano also has significant experience teaching students aged 16-22 years in a residential rehabilitation setting.
Ms. Cyndi Davis, Lecturer
Ms. Davis co-teaches the O&M Methods courses. She currently works as an O&M specialist for Guide Dogs for the Blind. She has significant experience teaching O&M to children and adults of all ages and is also a credentialed Teacher of the Visually Impaired.
Ms. Maya Delgado-Greenberg, Lecturer
Ms. Delgado-Greenberg teaches the O&M seminar to accompanies students' internship experiences and co-teaches the O&M seminar held in conjunction with O&M methods courses. She is nationally known for her work on curricula for teaching GPS systems to children who are visually impaired and has co-authored publications on listening skills and O&M technology.
Ms. Erin Foley, Lecturer
Ms. Foley co-teaches O&M Methods courses. She is an ACVREP Certified O&M and a TVI. Ms. Foley has extensive experience teaching O&M, ECC, and life skills to young adults and adults. She has served as Director of The Hatlen Center for the Blind, a rehabilitation center serving adults of all ages. Ms. Foley is a Doctoral Candidate in the Joint Doctoral Program in Special Education at SF State and UC Berkeley where she studies nonvisual spatial literacy and graphicacy.
Mr. Joshua Lopez, Instructional Assistant
Mr. Lopez serves as the instructional assistant in the O&M methods courses. He works as an O&M specialist at the San Francisco Lighthouse for the Blind and has significant experience serving people of all ages and abilities.
Ms. Sarah Wagner, Lecturer
Ms. Wagner teaches the Basic Skills O&M course as well as the O&M seminar held in conjunction with O&M methods courses. She currently works as an O&M specialist for Placer County Office of Education. She has significant experience teaching O&M to school aged youth and older individuals 55 years and older.
Ms. Jenna Whitelaw, Internship Supervisor
Ms. Whitelaw serves as an O&M internship supervisor. She works at the Lighthouse for the Blind in San Francisco where she served as a certified O&M specialist for over 11 years before being promoted to Regional Manager. Ms. Whitelaw has many years of experience teaching O&M to children and adults from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
